Whilst trying to back up my music tracks I have lost all of my music plus the Stage Traxx functions. Apple tried to help but in doing so, I can no longer play any of the tracks on my iPad and all of the lyrics have disappeared I cannot find my registration details to re-install Stage Traxx. Can you help please?
You can install Stage Traxx on any device that is running with your Apple account. You don't need registration details.
If you did not create any backups in Stage Traxx or iTunes I am afraid that you will have to setup your songs anew.
How do I re-install Stage Traxx? Do I have to purchase it once again? Thanks.
No, just open the App Store, select the tab with your purchases and select the app. For issues regarding the App Store, please get in touch with Apple support.

Having re-installed the Aapp on my ipad I tried to repopulate but with no success. I contacted Apple Support and they said they are no longer supporting Apps. Is there any way around this please. I am at my wits end now! Thanks,
OK, so the App is working, but you can not add songs because you have no songs on your iPad? Or what exactly is the problem?
All of the songs are on back on iTunes but it won't allow me to re-populate the app which is no longer coming up on the iTtunes page. As stated previously, the person from Apple Support said they were no longer supporting apps and said to contact you to see if there was another way of re-populating the app without the need for iTunes? Apologies for the prolonged discussion but I just don't know where to go from here. Thanks.
I'm sorry, but I don't believe I understand what you are doing. Please explain step by step what you are doing. I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "it won't allow me to re-populate the app which is no longer coming up on the iTtunes page".
I'm sorry Peter if I'm not explaining myself properly. When the app was working correctly, when I plugged my iPad in and it "synced" with iTunes the app showed the playlists on the app. Even though I lost 80% of my songs on the app there are still some showing in blue when I try to play them but no playlists at all are showing in iTunes now. The app is still on my iPad app purchases and it will open as normal on the iPad but does not now sync with ITunes and show on the iTunes page. I'm still confused at what the Apple Support person said about Apple no longer supporting iTunes apps?
So when you write "no playlists at all are showing in iTunes now" you mean that no playlists are showing in Stage Traxx? Because I don't know why you would open iTunes at that time?
So if I understand correctly, you lost your songs after syncing your iPad with iTunes?

Hello again. I have recovered quite a number of tracks but still missing a fair few. Do I need to delete the tracks in red that won't play, before I try to re-populate them? Thanks.
One more question Peter, how can I tell if Stage Traxx still has access to ITunes? It does seem to have disappeared from my settings!
